Cancellation Policy for MultiVendor
At MultiVendor, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for both our customers and vendors. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellation by the Customer
- Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order at no charge if it has not yet been dispatched by the vendor.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Customers wishing to cancel after dispatch must refuse delivery upon arrival. No charges will be applied as payment is made on delivery (COD).
2. Order Cancellation by the Vendor
- Vendors may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or the shipping address is outside the delivery range.
- If a vendor cancels an order, the customer will be notified, and no payment will be required upon delivery.
3. Cancellation Due to Non-Delivery
- If an order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, customers may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
- Certain items may be non-cancellable due to their nature (e.g., custom-made products). These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
